1. Copy both of these files into a new folder on your computer. I suggest just call it Extreme.
2. Plug in the required AVR cable to a USB port.
3. Run the Setup file for Extreme Burner.
4.If it runs ok - you are lucky! Otherwise, you will need to find ZADIG on the internet and attempt to download those drivers. It's a bit of a learning curve and easier to show than to explain.
5. The chips file is a replacement for the chips file that the programme will create. The programme does not contain the proper files for the ATtiny85 - though it will work with the settings for ATtiny84 - but it will complain. But if you just say YES to the question about continuing, it works fine.
But if you want to stop it doing this, you will need to find the DATA file in the Programme files for the Extreme Burner programme (under Program Files) and substitute the new CHIPS file for the one that is in there. Then it will work correctly.
